What is EFT/Tapping?
EFT/Tapping is Emotional Freedom Technique; a self-help tool to reduce stress. It is clinically proven Tapping is the bridge that gets you from where you are to where you want to be.
How does it work?
When we're stressed, overwhelmed or triggered, this generates the "Fight or Flight" Response. It's there to protect us, to get us out harms way. Physiologically our body responds in order to increase strength and speed, which is great if you're being chased by a tiger.
However, our bodies react to any PERCEIVED threat in the same way even if we're late for work, studying for an exam or simply trying to changes a habit - stretching beyond what is comfortable. In which case, triggering the "Fight or Flight" Response is not the most productive. And it's not because there's something wrong with us or we're not smart enough, our bodies are designed to protect us!
Tapping has been clinically proven to disconnects the "Fight or Flight" Response; stops the trigger or charge so we can get our emotions out of the way and look at the situation from a clear mind. It's like taking the microscope off the glass and see the bigger picture without emotion.
NOTE: You tap to disconnect the emotional trigger or charge. You will still remember the situation, story or whatever it is that is bothering you; it just won't emotionally trigger you.

How does EFT/Tapping help with affirmations, LoA & visualization?
The Law of Attraction is the most immediate tool for changing beliefs and/or behaviors. Of all the self-help techniques, the Law of Attraction will produce the most immediate results. LOA is a combination of having a positive attitude, getting rid of the negative from your life and attracting abundance.
If your subconscious mind doesn't believe what you're saying, you can use EFT to tap on the resistance. You know if what you're affirming or visualizing feels true. If it doesn't, listen to what you say to yourself when you are affirming or visualizing what you want. The "Yes, But" behind an affirmation is what is really your point of attraction. That is the resistance you want to Tap on.
Law of Attraction works by how you're feeling (not what you're saying) so if you use the affirmation "I have a lot of money" and you have a "Yes, but..." behind that affirmation like "yes, but there isn't abundance in my life" then your true affirmation is "there isn't abundance in my life". That is your point of attraction. And that's how EFT can help because you then tap on the true affirmation (the yes but). Once you get rid of your "yes buts" law of attraction will work on the original affirmation.

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world." - Marianne Williamson
