Why Motivational?
Motivation is what causes us to act. There are three major components to motivation: activation, persistence, and intensity.
Activation - involves the decision to initiate behavior.
Persistence - is the continued effort towards a goal
Intensity - is the effort, the concentration and vigor that goes into pursuing that goal.
When you're stuck or indecisive, a motivational coach can assist you in achieving the clarity you need to act with tenacious focus.

What is the "UGH"?
The "UGH" is the feeling you get when things just aren't working right! The "I'm not happy right now - I wish things were different - I don't like this" feeling.
The "UGH" is similar to the bump, bump, bump, bump that is felt when the car veers a little off center. It's there to tell you to get back to center. However, sometimes the "UGH" is ignored and the car ends up off the road in the ditch (stuck & frustrated) or driving against traffic (panic and fear).
Remember the "UGH" is your FRIEND!
It gives you CLARITY! Knowing what you don't want is the first step in getting what you do want.
It brings you back to the present, which is where you make all decisions.
You will eventually stop letting the "UGH" stress you out and give THANKS for allowing it to show you what you don't want in your life!

What is the difference between THERAPY and COACHING?
In therapy, the counselor takes a patient from dysfunctional to functional.
In coaching, the coach takes the client from functional to exceptional!
